What types of apartments do you offer?
We offer spacious studio and one‑bedroom apartments. Every apartment is private, features a walk‑in shower with built‑in safety features, and can be fully personalized with your own furniture and décor—so it truly feels like home from day one.
What is included in the monthly rate?
Pretty much everything! Our all‑inclusive rate covers three restaurant‑style meals a day, utilities (excluding telephone), housekeeping, laundry, transportation, daily activities, 24‑hour staff support, and personalized care services. No hidden fees, and no surprises as needs change.
Do residents get to bring their own furniture?
Yes, apartments are unfurnished; seniors bring their own furniture, décor, photos, and personal belongings. Our team is happy to help hang pictures and set up the apartment to feel comfortable and familiar.
What kinds of activities do residents enjoy?

Is transportation available for appointments and errands?
Yes. Our community van runs weekly—and often multiple times a day. We provide free transportation for medical appointments, shopping trips, errands, restaurant outings, and local events.
Is Castle Manor pet friendly?
Absolutely! We welcome small pets as long as residents can care for them. We know pets are family, and we love helping residents bring a furry companion that fits comfortably into community life.
